- Travel and labor charges, in addition to replacement parts, are included in the contract
- Telephone technical support within 1 hour

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
- Annual preventative maintenance visits
- This service can be purchased and provided on-site for individual instruments
- No more than four hours are required for this service
IN-HOUSE REPAIR
- Equipment can be repaired at our offices eliminating travel charges
- In-house repair facilities are designed to allow identification of intermittent or chronic analytical problems
- Loaner instruments can be provided for a nominal charge
INCIDENTAL SERVICE
- Incidental Service is ideal for customers with limited operating budgets
- This on-site service is offered at current labor and travel rates
- All parts needed for repair of the equipment will be billed at current list prices
- We accept purchase orders from clients with good credit rating, corporate checks or credit cards
